Workforce Instruction
We provide training opportunities that combine teaching English language and literacy with instruction in workplace culture, computers, managing a budget, and setting goals. These programs help immigrants and refugees develop language and job skills for current and future workplaces.
- On-the-job training: Literacy Source partners with local companies and organizations to offer free classes to non-native English speaking employees. Group instruction for specific industries takes place on the job site or at our center in Fremont.
