
Workforce Instruction
We provide training opportunities that combine teaching English language and literacy with topical instruction relevant to the American workplace, such as workplace culture, computer use, budget management, and goal setting. These programs help immigrants and refugees develop viable language and job skills for current and future workplaces.
On-the-Job Training
Literacy Source partners with local companies and organizations to offer free classes to non-native English speaking employees. Group instruction for specific industries takes place at a particular job site or our center in Fremont.
